Spier Wine Farm

Fusion was very excited to be appointed as designers for the redevelopment of the F&B and public areas of the Spier Hotel, situated on the Spier Wine Farm near Stellenbosch in South Africa. The scope included a wine bar, dining room, garden breakfast room,  verandas, swimming pool and a rooftop terrace bar with views to die for.
